WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 4-7 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks, however in some cases it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to most locations around the world.
WHY AM I MISSING ITEMS?
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!

For international shipping, we have various warehouses around the world. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that some items that are non-returnable may not be canceled. These products are identified on the product page and on your order confirmation. If there are any questions or concerns, we will work with you to clarify your options.
We do not accept cancellations after the products have already been shipped
Cancellation requests may take several days to process and you will be sent an email upon confirmation. If your order ships prior to confirmation, you will be asked to submit a Return Authorization Request once you receive the item. A refund will be issued following the standard return policy. Or in the event that an order was canceled after it has shipped and before it arrives to you, you may refuse the shipment. Shipping fees for the refused shipment will be deducted from your refund or you may receive the shipment and ship it back yourself if you believe you can ship it for cheaper.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT BECAME DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
Fragile items are sometimes, although rarely, damaged in shipping.
We ask that you report to us the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. We need you to report this right away to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.
Custom orders are non-returnable final sales per our custom order confirmation form. Please note that due to customs shipping and duty fees, we are unable to accept returns on any International orders. All orders shipped International are final sale.
DID THE PRICE CHANGE?
We ensure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. However sometimes our pricing or product information may be inaccurate. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.
